Safari Steam North

The original 27 class 2-8-2 were the war time MacArthurs featured extensively in Asia in our Tiger Steam CD-ROM. They found use on the lightweight Mpanda branch in western Tanzania. They were built by Alco, Baldwin and Davenport. 2711 at Tabora in 1967 was the last one, now running as a 2-2-6-2. (BR)
