Raj Steam - Bangladesh

The earlier EBR R class 4-6-0 were unsuperheated with slide valves. On conversion to superheating with piston valves, like this locomotive, they were reclassified as RC. 209 was built by Nasmyth Wilson in 1905 and was photographed at Laksam. (RF)
