Vulcan Iron Works 2-8-0 1702 (2999/1919) was built as Ferrocarriles Norte de Cuba #40 but was delivered to Rubén Martínez Villena Mill for the Hershey Sugar Company. At renumbering it was at José Martí Mill but was photographed on its return to its original home in February 1997. (SM)
