This is believed to be 2ft 6in gauge Baldwin 2-6-0 1127, probably 23222/1903. (Earlier reports placed it as 6639/1883 which was delivered to Noel Fernández Mill as #3, 'Redencion'). By renumbering it was at Guillermo Moncada Mill. (WW)
