This is a general view of the 3ft 6in (1067mm) gauge mill yard at the Pampanga Sugar Mill Corporation also near San Fernando, north of Manila in 1959/60. Cane here is clearly loaded transversely in the same manner as on Negros and in Thailand as seen elsewhere in this project. (DS)
