Tiger Steam - Philippines

This is a minor Negros mystery. In January 1998, we were tipped off about this unidentified preserved 0-6-0ST on the outskirts of Bacolod by the French owner of an Internet Café. My notes say this was a 3ft 6in (1067mm) gauge locomotive but I do not know of one that fits the bill. It is very similar to San Carlos Milling 1. (RD)
