Tiger Steam - Philippines

When the Insular Lumber Company ceased operation in the north of the island, a number of their locomotives were moved to the new Sagay Central, whose name belied the fact it was 16km from Sagay City down a dirt track. Three truck Shay 11 was present on 31st January 1979. I am sure it had never worked here. (RD)
