Tiger Steam - Philippines

Ma Ao Sugar Central is famous for its rusty hulks that occasionally moved. One that was going nowhere was Alco 2-6-0 4 (63140 or 63141/1921), photographed in February 1985 by which time the railway outside the mill area and all steam were out of use. (HH)
