This is a spectacular view of the Insular Lumber Company (ILCo) sawmill at Fabrica in action in January 1974. Shay 11 has just arrived and logs are being tipped into the river from where they will be hauled back up the chute. Amazingly, within a couple of years the timber supply was exhausted and the mill shut. (BR)
