The strength of the GDSF is that it has the resources to organise significant 'specials'. While there was precious little novelty about most of the engines in 'normal' areas, there were some rare birds to be seen in this area. The first three below were especially interesting while the general feeling was that the Ruston displays were a little 'ordinary', judge for yourself.
