Raj Steam - South Eastern Railway

PL 691 had mercifully been given a repaint but was due a works visit, the main narrow gauge workshop for the SER was at Motibagh (Nagpur) but Kharagpur would have been more accessible. Both were at least 600km from Naupada. (BR)
