Stationary Steam at the Netherlands Open Air Museum

The pictures below from Thomas Kautzor show the Freia Kaas en Roomboterfabriek at the Nederlandse Openluchtmuseum (NOM) in Arnhem (http://www.openluchtmuseum.nl/). Coal is brought from the coal shed to the boiler by Decauville railway. The boiler is used to power the stationary steam engine, which in turn powers the cheese-making devices via a belt and line shaft system. The cheese is on sale at the site.

The plate on the steam engine reads "TH. HOLTHUIS - MACHINENFABRIEK - VEENDAM"; Theodorus Hendrikus Holthuis was the founder of a firm now known as Nivoba and still involved in machinery for food production.
