If I had to choose one class of locomotive to represent all that was best about Java for the enthusiast, it would have to be the B50 2-4-0. This was a classic British design which should have barely seen out the 19th century, but somehow survived. B5007 was at Ponorogo on 4th October 1971 about to work to Slahung. (BR)
