C1411

C1411 was constructed by Beyer Peacock (5180/1909). It was originally Serajoedal Stoomtram Mij 11. This 0-6-0T had two outside cylinders 280 x 406 mm with driving wheel diameter of 1003 mm. Boiler pressure was 12.0 kg/cm2, grate area 0.7 m2 with a heating surface of 36.0 m2. Overall weight was 22.3 tons. C1411 is preserved outside the railway offices in Purwokerto (about 2km east of the main station). In the 1970s the few of these locomotives that survived active were found around Purwokerto their original home.
